We  would stress that when you first secure new business premises you contact us other wise you may be charged a  deemed rate for utilities which can be above the market rate.

switch you to a good value provider from time to time and will keep you fully informed of all changes and alternatives to your supply chain which will avoid you and your organisation being
subjected to a deemed or more than best value rate.

In the sprit of compromise and goodwill we ask that you sign a letter of Authority which gives us
consent and your permission to represent you and act on your behalf in the interest of efficiency and
saving of our customers time especially on the phone attempting to communicate with
suppliers.

Our clear and professional advice is, however, that you switch suppliers to our accredited partners
with no cost to you, however we are required to disclose that we will receive a commission from the supplier which is included in the price we quote.
Even if you are on a fixed utility contract, please contact us as we can secure ways of changing this at the end of the contract and on better rates than you have at present. Please contact us at any time during your contract.

Price is not always the main factor, as the best value and reliability of the supplier are the drivers in a supply arrangement appropriate to your own business requirements and needs.
